Shared Developer - Advanced Coder and "Fixer"

Advanced Developers can be extremely expensive, so this Solution proposes to have a "Shared" or "On-Demand" Developer (ie. a resource) that all Members can tap (ie. use) whenever they have a really critical issue that your regular Devs can't solve quickly.
