What is CrowdKode?
- An AI-powered, global, online platform that helps people, entrepreneurs + businesses connect and crowd-fund new ideas, tech and projects to create profit and passive income - or simply to save money (ie. budget) and time.

CrowdKode's AI helps members find over-lapping interests, functionality and needs across any and all of their tech-related Ideas, Dev Needs + Interests then makes recommendations about potentially good fits for:
- Fellow Co-Funders (ie. crowd-funders) it thinks would be a good match
- Other Ideas/Projects Campaigns it thinks you might be interested in
- Other Ideas/Projects it thinks has similar functionalities or requirements
- Etc.

CrowdKode AI helps members get more for less - in a smart way
There are a lot of billion-dollar companies out there in the tech world right now rushing to all grow their AI companies - because tech, code and coding languages have now been around long enough that it's not difficult to see the duplicative, repetitive nature of technology and coding languages. How many ideas or projects don't need a login feature, a forgotten password feature, an "edit" user/member account page or some sort of versatile payment options?

In our founders own 30 years of experience (or over 100+ combined years of experience) we've found that an average of 50% of most projects are the same fundamental features across ALL coding languages/platforms. In addition, there are countless other cases where a lot of specific ideas and projects are 90% to nearly identical - for example, 2 or more different people who need a specific type of "booking" app or platform, etc.

Co-Funding (similar to crowd-funding) is the key
These types of ideas and projects (where there are over-lapping features, functionality, requirements and needs) all present a unique opportunity to co-fund at least some of the required features and functionality, which can save members a significant amount of budget and time.

CrowdKode can be used for the Marketing Phase (and other phases) too
This doesn't even include the Marketing Phase, which can be just as big (if not bigger) than the development phase - and arguably more important. CrowdKode helps members after their "builds" are done too - by combining them with other members and projects that have similar marketing needs and/or audiences.
How does CrowdKode work?
Users can post Ideas/Projects (ie. Campaigns) free
- each user is limited to 3 free posts
- for $1 users can post 3 additional Ideas/Projects (and receive 5-7 votes)

Users can vote-up any Ideas/Projects (ie. Campaign) and CrowdKode will make (and fund) the Ideas/Projects with the most votes
- users can vote on their own posts up to 20 times
- each vote automatically enters the user into daily cash + prize giveaways
- users are limited to one vote per Idea/Project per day

Users can pledge/buy-in to any Idea/Project (ie. Campaign) for access (or membership) to whatever tech is being proposed and/or a share of ownership of that tech and/or project.
- No credit card or payment is required to make pledges/buy-ins
- Pledges/Buy-ins are also like reservations that guarantee you a spot to participate (ie. co-fund) an Idea/Project
- Once a Campaign reaches its Total Pledges Goal, users are asked to submit their payment to complete their buy-in

Note: CrowdKode is not a crowd-funding platform, though we use the term crowd-funding for ease of understanding. CrowdKode is a networking and "co-funding" platform built around Limit Partnerships (ie. LPs). Members funding any ideas/projects at CrowdKode are doing so for a share of ownership as Limited Partners.

Once you make a contribution/payment to buy-in to an Idea/Project, you become a Limited Partner of CrowdKode, LP and CrowdKode maintains everything revolving around each member's various ownership percentages, etc.
How much does it cost?
- It's free to vote-up Ideas/Projects Campaigns and also free to make pledges/buy-ins on Ideas/Projects Campaigns (which are more like reservations or holding markers to save your spot).

However, every member/user is limited to 1 vote per posted Idea/Project Campaign per day. Members can purchase Premium Votes, which allow you to vote more than once on any Idea/Project Campaign each day. Votes cost as little as $0.10 each.

If and when an Idea/Project Campaign reaches its Total Pledges Goal, users are invited to submit their payments to complete their buy-ins.

If a Campaign is successful, CrowdKode keeps a 15% success fee.

What happens if an Idea/Project Campaign doesn’t reach its goal?
- Then, all buy-ins are returned to all the Co-Funders.
What happens if an Idea/Project Campaign does reach its goal?
- There are 2 goals for every Campaign. 1 - the Total Pledges Goal and 2 - the Total Funding Goal (which is identical to the Total Pledges Goal).

The Total Pledges Goal is simply an amount that a Poster/Creator thinks is needed for a particular Idea (or Project). Members can then make pledges for free (with no credit card required).
  1. If and once a Campaign successfully reaches its Total Pledges Goal, then CrowdKode alerts all the Co-Funders that they can now submit their payment to complete their "buy-in" to that Project.

  2. If and once a Campaign successfully reaches its Total Funding Goal, then CrowdKode works with the Creator/Poster to facilitate the next steps of actually executing the goal(s) of the Idea or Project.

CrowdKode works with the Creator(s)/Poster(s) to identify and select Developers or Dev Firms and all necessary parties required. Crowd Kode also makes all payments and handles all monies for Campaigns to protect the entire group of Co-Funders and ensure the funds are spent specifically for the originally intended purpose of the Idea or Project.
Do or will I get any money from a successfully funded Campaign?
- If a Campaign is successfully built, executed, etc. and more than 50% of the Co-Funders agree that they are satified with the execution of the Idea or Project, then the Creator(s)/Poster(s) will immediately receive any remaining funds.

Can I protect my idea?
- Crowd Kode has a much different approach to "ideas" than most other traditional approaches. We believe in "first-to-market" advantage. Early bird gets the worm. That kind of thing.

From experience, we’ve learned that almost any company with money and lawyers can change just a few minor things and do your idea - and totally get away with it.

So, it’s our belief and philosophy that if you get either first-to-market advantage or you develop a user, member or customer-base that’s loyal - then that is as good and even better than protecting something intangible and unrealized. Most acquisitions in this day and age are actually about some bigger company acquiring some smaller company for their customer/user base.
What is the Crowd Kode Claim Policy?
- A way to encourage and reward people for being brave and to put their idea(s) out there.

Every User who posts a unique idea on CrowdKode first, gets a 10% commission + 20% automatic ownership equity of that idea, if it’s successfully funded!
Are there any hidden costs?
- Nope! Just what you see.
