What is CrowdKode?
- A crowd-powered Auction platform that helps members get world-class Technology, Design and Creative services for 10% of face value (ie. regular price) using a unique, Loyalty-powered bidding process.
How does CrowdKode work?
Members bid in $.01 increments on Auctions and pay as low as $.30 per bid. When an Auction reaches its Reserve Price it instantly enters a "Last Chance" phase where Bidders have 10 seconds to make additional final bids. If no new bids are received after 10 seconds, the current Top Bid(der) wins the Auction.

How do I log out?
- On the website, look for the "LOGOUT" links at the top right of the header or on the Sidebar Menu that slides out on the left side (Menu icon is usually at the top left).
Can I delete my Account?
- Yes, you can request that we delete your account at any time or you can do it yourself.
Simply, email us 7 days/week at contact@crowdkode.com with your login email and login password.
Or, to do it yourself, simply go to the Edit My Account page and scroll to the bottom and you’ll see a red text link that says "Delete Account".
What happens if an Auction doesn’t reach its goal?
- If an Auction has "Combo Bidding" enabled, but doesn't reach its goal, ie. Reserve Price then it simply gets its end time extended because when Combo Bidding is enabled it means that an Auctions bids/bidders are combined with bids of similarly priced Auctions, which means it could be won at any time.

However, if an Auction does not reach its Reserve Price and does not have "Combo Bidding" enabled, then all Bids will simply be returned to the Bidders.
Are there any hidden costs?
- Nope! Just what you see.
Cookies and the Cookie Popup
From time to time you may see a "Cookies" popup appear at the bottom of your screen. That's just a legal notification. We use cookies to remember you from page to page and little stuff like that - nothing to worry about.

Depending what screen your own, the popup may actually be behind a bottom tray menu - if you don't see little up down arrows to the top left of the tray menus, then simply go to the home page - and you'll see them there, which will allow you to hide the tray menu and see the Cookie Popup where you can click "accept" on it.
