have a more micro-funding focused angle, so that we could use it as a sort of
feeder platform into our own global LP (ie. CrowdKode, LP). Now, we’re
looking to quickly onboard a big group of Founding LPs who’ll
all own the majority of CrowdKode, LLC (ie. crowdkode.com) and
CrowdKode, LP - the official Limited Partnership and Investing Division.

Our mission is to make CrowdKode and CrowdKode LP accessible to them - and everybody else in the bottom 90%. So, that we can all collectively invest and generate wealth like VCs and LPs do now.

How It Works
CrowdKode LP is very simple. It’s just $5/mo. - pay-as-you-go.There are no crazy contracts, obligations or commitments and no hidden strings. The $5/mo. offer is for a limited-time, but because we have an immediate monetization angle for you and all our other new Founding LPs.
And, in the LP world - the $5/mo. fee is referred to as the monthly "management" fee, which helps pay for the operation, so it can service all the LP Partners’ needs.
Investments will have a minimum of $0.05 to $1 for initial buy-ins and a cap that we haven’t decided on just yet (to help give everyone a chance at getting in on certain deals).
Every investment opportunity (or deal) is 100% optional and you can basically opt-in and out of each deal as you please.
Soon, we’ll launch the public pricing for new LPs, which will be
$20/mo. And, if you refer someone they’ll get 50% off - or $10/mo.
And, you will keep $5/mo. of that - for every month they stay an LP.
In addition, we’ll be doing some sort of retroactive Equity Bonuses based on all the people LPs referred.

The Equity Details

Every month you’re with us as an LP, you’ll receive 100 Equity Shares in CrowdKode, LLC and another 100 Revenue Shares of CrowdKode LP’s Total Monthly Management Fees. However, we are trying to fully disburse all available shares asap, so we can just focus on growing the two companies.
Currently, we are offering a 2X for new LPs - meaning you’ll get 200 Shares of each.
Re-Cap
So, we’re basically giving the Partners 50% of CrowdKode (25% will be reserved for new members) and 75% of the Limited Partnership’s Management Fees.Everyone will receive certificates - and some, who become larger stake-holding LPs will get their own emails and business cards too. And, we’ll bring the right people in to help everyone structure and benefit from their taxes the same way rich people do.
The goal here is to make the newly incorporated CrowdKode LP (Limited Partnership) its own "investment" company - along side CrowdKode, LLC (ie. crowdkode.com) - not under it or as a part of it.
If we get a few quick wins, then it’ll help roll this out to tens of millions of people fast. But, the goal is to merely start getting us all in the game. The buy-ins are low enough for us to make a lot of mistakes and failed investments. No matter what happens we should get insane exposure and that in and of itself should take care of and make up for a lot.
