This could be our very first CrowdKode LP Deal - We currently have an invite to join a well-known, larger, established LP whose GP (General Partner) is a Techstars alum (who worked in leadership for Techstars).

They have LPs all over the US and started as a $6M fund. Now, their 2nd fund will be around $25M. A good portion of their initial investments received follow on funding right away.

The Buy-in is $300k with a "capital call" (ie. how much is actually due) of $100k per year for the next 3 years. Our Founding Team and a growing group of key partners have already made significant committments to fund a majority of this and will taper back to make room for new LPs if needed.

Note2: We have several other immediate invites as well, from organizations our Founders have close relationships with - from other LPs, 2 Private Equity and Wealth Management Firms and 2 European based conglomerates.






Once we reach our first goal of 500 LPs, we’ll begin our self-funding phase - where we do 2 things:

1) Invest in ourselves - Every month LP Members will vote on one or more Ideas, Projects, Startups or Ventures (by one of our own LP Members) to fund. The more we grow (in LP Members), the larger this amount will be - and the more of them we can fund per month. Eventually, we’ll add 1 random LP Project per month too.

2) First-Come, First-Served Dev + Creative Services - Our Creative Division will create various tech + design-based deliverables for LPs - like high-end Logos, Decks, App MVPs, etc.

To keep this fair and accessible - this will be partially first-come, first-served, partially rewards driven - based on your activity and points you accumulated - and partially random.




Founding LPs will only ever pay monthly membership fees of $5/mo - with a price-lock forever. But, the public price is $20/mo.

However, everyone you refer (who uses your CrowdKode referral code or share links) will receive half-off - or $10/mo. And, you’ll receive $5/mo for every month they’re a member.
