get enough members - then we’ll launch it.

or glitch to fix and no dedicated Dev or person to help you fix it?
Then, when you try to find someone, it takes forever and every Dev (or Designer)
tries to over-charge you. You waste a ton of time and probably end up figuring
it out yourself somehow.
If enough people pay a small monthly fee, then we can keep a dedicated, elastic team on staff who will be ready when our Members need something fixed urgently.
And, for non-urgent tasks, you would be able to use the same user-friendly Task Request System (see screenshot below), we’ve already created for this.

Members will be able to open a simple “request” to get a variety of common Technology and Design-related tasks done. And, if something is urgent, you’ll be able to specify the urgency. It’s a credits-based system, so you’ll be able to buy and use credits to pay for only what you need, when you need it.The goal of the service is to give members access to a 24/7 Technology (and basic Design) workforce that can quickly execute a large variety of common tasks - without our Members having to worry about posting freelance jobs, or needing to interview, vet contractors and potentially over-pay.
By everyone paying a small monthly fee, like $5/mo. it helps keep the service afloat in lower-demand times, so help is always there when you need it. Our founding team are experts at a strategy called Utilization, which helps optimize and make resource/personnel allocation efficient when running an operation like this. It’s all about understanding how to balance demand, time-off, sick days, peak-times, cross-training, etc. with the on-staff workforce.
