20% of the company (or
10M Shares*) is reserved for
the first wave of Founding Members (3% at this introductory rate
is already taken) + 50% of CrowdKode LP

*Shares represent Membership Units/Interests, which is how
LLCs & LPs legally distribute Equity Ownership.
Shares will be distributed at an
8Xs discount from our
$4M valuation, which means
instead
of those shares costing $800,000 - they’re only going to
cost
$100,000.
This will accomodate either
28,571 new Founding Members -
or, a lower amount of new
Founding Members - who simply purchase additional memberships
(ie. 2,857 new Founding Members who purchase
10 Founding Memberships each).
Every new Membership will receive
350 Shares. After this phase, that
will drop to either 50 or 100.
Note: If you zelle your one-time Lifetime Membership fee you’ll
receive 25 additional shares for every Membership. And, everyone
will receive official Equity Certificates, which means if we
all fail, you’ll be able to write-off the loss and get it
back in your tax-return.
MONETIZATION STRATEGY
To keep things simple, we’ve based the whole platform around Ideas,
which can also be used to represent Projects, Solutions, Products,
etc. And, various features stem off of (and from) posted Ideas
to create lots of other opportunities that benefit Members.
Right now, Votes (or vote-credits) are sort of the universal "currency"
of the platform and can be used for a variety of things.
