LP OPPORTUNITY #1

You can join for $5/mo. and every month you will get vested Equity until your 12th month.

Our Founder already has an invitation to join a well known US-based LP managed by a renown Techstars Investor - and can get us into many more LPs.

The buy-in for this current opportunity is $300k with a 3 year capital call, which means we only have to put up $100k per year. (And, our money will be co-invested alongside some of the smartest and most connected people in the Angel and VC world who all already have very profitable investing track records.)

If you buy-in at $3, then you’ll own .001% of both our investment into this LP’s fund and of the flagship CrowdKode LP Fund.

A buy-in of $3,000 will get you 1% of both funds.

And, a buy-in of $135 will get you .045% of both funds (ie. almost half a percent).

Founding Partners also receive a percentage of the Managing LP’s Management Fees too, which are capped at 25% (basically a fee we charge to manage the whole operation, including all legal fees, etc.)

Currently, your $5/mo. Membership counts towards your potential management fees, so you can buy-in (ie. invest) up to $20 with no additional fees.

So, let’s say during the soon-to-launch Phase 3 (this is Phase 2) where we go live with the LP and open it up to people all over the world - we get 100M of the nearly 600M entrepreneurs (and 4B+ regular people) out there to spend $1 per month co-investing in the Global CrowdKode LP Fund.



So, that’s 100M LP Members x $12/yr. (in buy-ins) or $1.2B/yr. in Investment buy-ins, which would generate $300M in Management Fees. And, 75% of that ($225M) goes directly to our Founding Partners (who join this Flagship Fund).

So, if you bought in for $135 (as mentioned at the top of this page) you’d earn a percentage of $225M in Managements Fees per year - or $225M x .00045 = $101,250/yr.

This Flagship LP phase is not meant to get anybody rich or even get you phenomenal returns (right now) - it’s simply meant to set the tone for the much bigger Global LP - that becomes a crowd-powered ecosystem that helps people all around the world who don’t have a lot to invest, while also helping entrepreneurs get funding (from CrowdKode’s voting system).
