Crowd-Funding
CrowdKode is not actually a traditional "crowd" funding platform. It’s an online community platform, based around the group-funding (ie. community self-funding) of technology, ideas and the creation of potential partnerships (ie. Limited Partnerships).Any mention of Equity refers to Membership Interests and/or Membership Units, which are typically what LLCs and LPs (ie. Limited Partnerships) use to reflect ownership.
CrowdKode is focused on the democratization of the community-funding and creation of new technology (ie. a digital or tangible asset).
So, we help Members connect and co-fund (or group-fund, or micro-fund) for the privilege to gain membership to, access to, revenue shares (ie. RevShares) from and benefits of/for a "crowd-koded" technology solution, piece of technology (ie. a script or module), project or planned service (ie. SAAS) as Limited Partners (not traditional investors)
Micro-Investors within the CrowdKode Platform are expected to have some sort of involvement with an Idea or Startup in order to comply with the legal requirements of being a Partner vs Investor.
